Our returns policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with, this includes smells such as smoke, perfume and body odor, as well as hairs from pets. If the item(s) have been tampered with, the items will be returned to the customer instead of a refund. We don't accept returns from outside the EU due to customs charges.
As the customer, you first have to accept the original delivery. If you do not and the parcel is returned back to us, a fee of 25 EUR will be charged upon your refund. The customer is responsible for a returned product until it reaches us. Send the package tracked so that it can be traced.
Please make sure that you send the return parcel to the correct address, which is the one stated above. All returns sent to other addresses will not be delivered or picked up. All faulty returns will not be cleared by us.
Once you return is accepted or denied you will receive notification via e-mail.
Refunded payments may take up to 10 days to be processed depending on your bank and payment type. If you after don't receive your refund within 10 days, please contact us.
Note: All shipping/return costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping/return costs won't be refunded once the return is fulfilled.
